Product Overview
The ZW32-12F Outdoor Vacuum Circuit Breaker is an intelligent 12kV outdoor vacuum circuit breaker designed for overhead distribution networks, substations, industrial power systems and other outdoor medium-voltage applications. It combines vacuum interruption technology with intelligent protection and control functions for reliable circuit switching, fault interruption and distribution automation.
The breaker is available with rated current configurations of 630A and 1250A and a rated short-circuit breaking current of 20kA. Its insulation system provides 42/48kV power-frequency withstand voltage and 75/85kV lightning impulse withstand voltage, supporting reliable operation on 12kV distribution systems.
Unlike a conventional outdoor vacuum circuit breaker, the ZW32-12F can be equipped with current transformers, zero-sequence current detection and an intelligent controller to support overcurrent protection, fault detection, remote operation, automatic reclosing and distribution automation.
