CUSTOM ACTIVEWEAR DEVELOPMENT

Our product range includes women’s leggings, sports bras, biker shorts, performance tops, fitted jackets and coordinated yoga and Pilates collections.

We work from tech packs, sketches, reference images or physical garments to develop custom patterns, sizing, grading and construction. Branding options include custom logos, woven labels, care labels, hangtags and packaging.

PERFORMANCE FABRIC SELECTION

We help brands compare nylon/spandex performance knits, soft-touch yoga fabrics, ribbed and jacquard materials, and lightweight technical fabrics.

Fabric recommendations consider composition, yarn, knit structure, GSM, hand feel, compression, stretch recovery and intended garment use. Physical swatches and garment samples are used to evaluate suitability before bulk production.

SAMPLING AND PRODUCTION

• Standard MOQ: 150 pieces per style and colour, with mixed sizes.
• Selected startup trials: 100 pieces per style and colour, subject to fabric and construction requirements.
• Typical sample lead time: 7–9 days; complex styles may require additional time.
• Typical bulk lead time: 25–30 days after final pre-production sample approval and material readiness.
